Youth Radio's mission is to promote young people's intellectual, creative and professional growth through training and access to media and to produce the highest quality original media for local and national outlets. They contribute to the empowerment of teenagers by giving them tools they'll need for success. They bring youth perspectives to the airwaves, shedding light on the concerns and interests of our young people.

Juma Ventures aims to empower youth to make successful transitions to independence in adulthood, through an innovative program that integrates employment in social enterprises and essential support services. Juma's program provides the foundation for youth to transcend challenging circumstances, fulfill their inherent potential, and positively impact their communities.
