What happens when someone says "no" to you? What happens when they say "yes" and they don't really mean it? At these meetings we will experience and cultivate the tools to practice authentic connection. Learning how to hold the needs of of all people equal, sharing, learning, teaching, and growing together. Bridging the gap between where we are now (intention) to the life we are wanting to create (action). Everything we do in life is an attempt to meet a need, by understanding what those needs are, life-affirming strategies become more clear... creating a more easeful, connected, empowered lifestyle. This group will meet multiple times through out the month. This includes workshops, weekly meditations, structured classes, practice groups, and potluck socials. Based on the work of Marshal Rosenberg Phd. Non-violent Communication.(NVC) www.cnvc.org
