At this meeting we will present the consciousness and assumptions of Non-violent Communication (NVC).
We will create awareness around the stratigies that are currently in use in getting our needs met and look at real time issues and explore them through exersices and together, discover what possibilities may arise.

Any one who is interested in creating more meaningful and connected relationships in their life. Hanging with like minded individuls. Anyone who communicates! Discover your direction and purpose through compassionately held self connection.

    I wish I could be with you all ... I know the value of NVC. I'm taking a 5-week class in NYC Thursday nights ... begins this week. I'll stay a member of the group and hope to meet you some time in the future! Warmly, Colleen

    I would like to share how NVC has made my life more wonderful. I used to feel so alone, even when I was talking with people and in good company. There was an emptiness and lonely ache inside of me. Life kind of felt hum drum and monotonous. NVC has changed that for me. Now when I talk with people I can express myself in a way that allows for a deeper, heartfelt connection. Life is so full, and vibrant. This class has allowed me to change my world, one conversation at a time!!!
