We are aiming to bring people together to have an interest around communal living. There is no centre or property as yet, and the vision is that groups of people with similar interests will come together and create communities based around religion. music, sport, vocations, environment and many other interests. Ideally there will be a mixture of interests in all communities.

Is Cohousing is the new name for commune living? Co-housing schemes have existed in Denmark for 30 years and in America for 20. In Holland, cohousing groups get state subsidies and account for 10% of the country’s social housing. And they are starting to take off here in the UK.
