This meeting is for unstructured talk, discussion, and social time. It's intentionally long, as the last one ran over time (a good problem to have!). Bring some food if you like, or another option is to volunteer to wander one street over to Tesco to get something.

As always, idea exchange is encouraged! Either Heidi or I will describe what we've been working on toward Prototype House, and if you'd like to be more involved in the Plotting and Planning please send either of us email. If there's something in particular you'd like to talk about, drop me email or just turn up and we can clang some glasses to tell everyone to pay attention to you for a bit. :)

Hello -- this meeting was mysteriously cancelled, but I think that was some automatic thing that meetup.com did. It certainly wasn't my intent! I'm rescheduling the meeting for the same time and place and will send email to the group as well. Here is my description of the meeting:

We had a very dynamic meeting in March. This was the first time we had a meeting including people who had lived in communal environments before. At the meetings of us less-experienced people, we had a lot of visions but tended to be unsure what distinguishes a communal environment from a flatshare. The people with more experience have clearer ideas of what they've seen work, which makes it much easier to move ahead. I think there are several people in the group who prefer to act on things rather than wait forever for others to act, and some of us are talking about starting a house together and then finding people for the other places.

Let's meet again on Saturday, 25th April. It would be great to see some of the people who have expressed interest but couldn't come to the last meeting. I've moved this from Sunday to Saturday in the hope of picking up some people who find Sundays difficult.

I am going to have more time than usual in May and June and would like to spend it working on looking at houses and setting up the other things we need!

Children are welcome. Last time our youngest attendee made an excellent tower of building blocks.
